Java GUI for sensors

Hi:

I am working on a project using java.  I would like to know if there is a java GUI components (free or cheap) that have been already developed to help displaying sensors readings.

For example, I have a sensor that I would like to display it’s readings is a way smeller to the car speed meter.

I hope it’s clear.

thanks

mayankeagle, I am displaying it on another computer as a desktop application.

I am really looking for somthing like:  a graphic figure that I move to different location (but with fixed center) , based on X, Y input readings.

I hope this makes it more clear

You can start by looking at AWT/ Swing.

If you want to use some charting features, then look at JFreeChart.

Swing is already available - check the tutorial already posted by sciuriware for code samples.

Java

Java is a platform-independent, object-oriented programming language and run-time environment, designed to have as few implementation dependencies as possible such that developers can write one set of code across all platforms using libraries. Most devices will not run Java natively, and require a run-time component to be installed in order to execute a Java program.
