Actually this could be easily fixed if you make the association of the Acrobat Reader with .pdf files &nbsp;<br />
Shift + Right Click on a pdf file, and always open with...Acrobat Reader, for some reason if you make the association the installer won't popup anymore.

adobe acrobat 8.0 installer starts when I right click any program. &nbsp;When I hit 'cancel' it closes and goes on to whatever I am trying to access.<br />

&nbsp;I have adobe acrobat 8.0 already installed. &nbsp;I have run Registry Mechanic and PC Ptistop but no luck. &nbsp;I am running Windows XP SP2 with all updates. &nbsp;I have Avast Pro and Prevx1 and Zone Alarm running. &nbsp;Thanks
