With Terminal server client printer prints blank pages

I am accessing an application on our Terminal Server, but the Brother HL2040 printer attached to the client workstation will only print blank pages when the print job is initiated on the server apps. I have download and reinstalled the driver to no avail. When I first installed it on the server, it printed fine, then for unknown reasons began printing only blanks. I have reinstalled the driver on both sides, no luck. Any suggestions?

Check the permissions on the printer and for the user.  I had a location with this problem (some printed blank pages, some didn't print at all) at a location.  Give the user you're logged in as Print permissions on the domain.  Also, on the printer give "Everyone" full control.

Where do you apply the permissions? Due to following the recommended way of installing a print driver on a TS, I went to Server properties and just installed the .inf file. Therefore there is no printer icon in Printers & Faxes. This is also a source of confusion for me, as when you go to print a page, there is no printer to choose. Also, where does one apply Print permissions for the domain?
As you can see, I'm new to this aspect of servers, so if you can clarify any of this I would be grateful. Thank you!

OK, thanks. I'll try these things and let you know.
