I need a linux alternative to CCPROXY. (

The features that I need that are in CCPROXY are:

1. Web proxy
2. Web proxy cache to cache web pages.
3. Web filter to filter content based on black-list or keywords in web content.\
4. The main feature that CCPROXY has that I need is the ability to setup groups and users that belong to the groups that have access restrictions. It needs to authenticate by MAC address (as you can do with CCPROXY). I want to setup a rule that will only allow access to the internet for these MAC Addresses only.

I would go with CCPROXY but they do not have a linux version, only windows. I would also like the proxy to be able to run on a cluster (thus the desire to have a linux alternative). Software must be console with a web gui to configure and add MAC addressess and rules.

It would be great If anyone knows of such a program.
