build SSL

hi
can anyone tell me what tool i need to build my SSL and how i can build it
i need to know how i can do that
i know its good to me to buy one but i want to know the easy way to build one

Here is a link to an article that I found while doing the configuration for our OWA 2003 setup. It walks you step by step through how to setup the SSL settings on your site (granted this is for Exchange) and how to get a free SSL certificate. Our OWA deployment uses this exact procedure for SSL and didn't cost anything but th time to setup and configure it.

Windows Server 2003

Windows Server 2003 was based on Windows XP and was released in four editions: Web, Standard, Enterprise and Datacenter. It also had derivative versions for clusters, storage and Microsoft’s Small Business Server. Important upgrades included integrating Internet Information Services (IIS), improvements to Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy (GP), and the migration to Automated System Recovery (ASR).
