The simplest way is to do a backup using and include the system state onn the Domain Controller, this will inculde Active Directory

There is a little particle at http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/windows2000serv/reskit/distrib/dsbj_brr_zglt.mspx?mfr=true

Its Windows 2000 but Windows 2003 is the same.
