asked on
blue screen - Driver_IRQL error
Can someone please help me with this error message i get. it comes up with a blue screen at start up
Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQ UAL
Tech info:
Stop: oxooooooD1 (oxo31c6e33 oxooooooo2, oxoooooooo,oxf81do7o8)
w22n51.sys
address f8ido708 base at f81acoooo
datestamp 40054bo1
i have tried starting in safe mode and enabling services one at a time and this did not clear the fault. i also suspect that it was caused by a network issue so i removed all drivers and then downloaded updated ones from the net.
basically i'm at a loss now so any help is appreciated :)
thanks

What is the make and model of pc or laptop you have? w22n51.sys seems to be a driver for a wireless card - have you upgraded your wireless adapter drivers to the latest version?
If the driver is not the issue:

Was the PC working OK before?
What have you done between then and now?
The error certainly seems to indicate a driver issue

The following case is exactly the same as yours. It crashed at w22n51.sys and timestamp is the same (ie same version). The problem is resolved by reseating the ram to another memory slot.
