Mailbox permissions in exchange
What I am trying to do is this, one of our lawyers is out of town and needs his assistant to be able to foward his e-mails to him. So what we did is go into his AD account and go to exchange advance tab and go to mailbox rights. Give his assistant the ability to access it. THe problem is she can't forward any e-mails. Please help, I have her with all hte permissions excpet delete mailbox store and associate with external account.

I would stay away from giving another user Send As and Receive As rights, too much crap can come out of that. Especially with the primary being a lawyer!
If not poweruser32's way (which is what I would do), then give the other user Send on Behalf of rights. That is on the Exchange General Tab, under Delivery Options at the top. Just add the assistant.
