WSUS and patch install (2 security Groups)

Hello,

I have to install the DST patch on 50 pc`s at remote sites. These pc`s are far away and have 56kbps links. Very slow. I would like to use WSUS. I have a GPO created to run WSUS everyday at noon. I created a security group (slow links are not part of the security group)in which i put about 1500pc`s and named it Windows update. The clients are getting their updates as expected.
I would like to create another security group in which i can add pc`s with slow connections and only choose the DST patch for install. I see that i can create on WSUS a new Computer Group and put the computers i choose in there. Can I choose which patch specifically the security group gets without unchecking all the other approved installs for the other security group?
