No we don't, but we are experiencing a problem with an older version of Powerchute that is reporting the UPS as being on batteries, when it isn't. &nbsp;And, since it requires a manual uninstall/reinstall at a few hundred locations, it is taking us a while. &nbsp;Therefore, we need this solution to get us by and run our tasks while we are fixing them one by one.<br />
