Need to find appropriate linux patch

We have currently installed kernel vmlinuz-2.6.9-5.ELsmp on a dell 2850 from a CD set we have successfully used on a recently purchased Dell 2950.
We are testing different versions of Oracle for both application and databases and apparently are in unchartered waters.  We are attempting to get this install up to the same version that we were able to get our original install to by having the Red Hat Network support.  We do not have that support on this box and I have been unable to find the patch we need.
We are looking to patch to vmlinuz-2.6.9-42.0.10.
Can anyone guide me to a good source of patches?
All advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Change to CentOS, which is a clone of redhat and doesn't require you to register to get the updates. It is also free.

Why not? it'll run just the same as on redhat, as CentOS is an exact copy of redhat.

Oracle it's only supported under Redhat Enterprise AS.
I know that Centos is the same that RHEL, but oracle don't think the same.
