Admin login to users accounts Outlook 2002 / Exchange 2000

Can an administrator login to a user's Outlook account with the Admin password.  I need to list delegated folders and who has rights to them.

Thanks

Curious as to why you need to "see" the mailboxes. I prefer not to "see" inside user's mailboxes when at all possible. When I do, I SMS into it so they can see what I'm seeing.

I need a list of folders - I can get it by just adding the mailbox temporarily.

Thanks.
