Appointments in the last 3 weeks of March are ahead by one hour?

All the calendars in my organization are showing appointments for the last 3 weeks of March to be 1 hour ahead. The appointments before and after these dates are fine. Any ideas where I can address this issue? We use Exchange 2003 in a 2003 AD environment.
