Administering Mac osx on Microsoft Active Directory

I have just binded a MAC osx Tiger Machine to my Active Directory Domain. I am able to login and authenticate with no problem, The problem I am having is when log in with my domain admin account I cannot administer the system. In Directory access I checked off the off the option to allow domain admins, and enterprise admins  administer the computer... Any suggestions?

Do you by chance have the same login in AD as you do locally?

No, there is only 1 local account and it is a totally different login.
Do you see the Mac in Active Directory Users and Computers?
Yes..
See if there is anything to help you here:

Already been there.. no good..
Nobody?
So let me understand you want to login to the mac connected to AD with a windows domain admin account and administer the mac for things like installing software on it ?
I want to login to my mac iwth my domain admin account and be able to perform any administrative function on the machine.
