VPN Access Logging and Tracking

I have a customer with a Windows 2000 Advanced Server.  VPN Access has been configured using routing and remote access.  It is a PPTP connection.

How do I set up a log that a non-technical manager can read, that says "Jane Doe Logged on at 9:00AM and Logged off at 5PM"

In other words, is there a relatively easy way to set up a vpn time clock of sorts?

I did as you said and searched for Radius log viewer.  What I came up with was IAS Log Viewer by deepsoftware.  The output view is configurable enough so that there are only 3 columms...log in name, time in, and time out.  The program is shareware, and the paid for version is only $50.
