On an XP workstation that is a member of the same Domain:

RC My Computer, Manage
RC Computer Management and select Connect to Another Computer
Type in the Server Name and click OK
Go to the Event Viewer, RC the security Log, Properties
Click the "Clear Log" button (it will prompt you to save a copy if you want to)

Try to log on now.  Let me know if you still cannot access after that.

Hi,
Thank you for your comment, i have been into that site and tried some sugguestion from that is ie:-
check the registry on my server 2003 C:\Windows\System32\Userinit.exe, seem LEGIT
1. i can see CRTL+ALT+DEL screen
2. i can type in username and password
3. i can choose the "DOMAIN" to login into (Local or DOMAIN)
4. but as soon as i click on LOGIN the ERROR appear - userinit.exe application error click ok to terminate
5. if i click OK to the error all i got is my LONELY mouse sitting on the DESKTOP - No icon, no other error, nothing.
6. if i press CRTL+ALT+DEL while login then go to TASK MANAGER ( i thougt i can terminate the error) the UNSERINIT.EXE Error popup right away as soon as i click on task manager
Check especially the one with "restore userinit" may need 3rd parity tool.

MrHusy:
1. i cannot execute the registry fix because i cannot login
2. i tried RDP i got this error
your remote desktop session has ended, possibly for one of the following reasons
a: the administrator has ended the session.
b. an error occured while the connection was being established
c. a nework problem occured

THESE problems started SINCE the userinit.exe error
