481 invalid picture causes?
I am trying to install a small developer vb program on a Windows 2003 Terminal server. When I try to run the program, sometimes I see that I am getting a RunTime error 481 invalid picture and the program will crash. I am fairly certain the hard drive is not full and since the error only happens on that specific customer's site I think it is not related to any picture that we are actually using. Also, since the error is inconsistent, I assume it is not the picture's fault. Is there any setting that may cause this error to show?
What is the application called?

The application is WinTCR by The Compuflex Corporation which sends RS-232 communication to a cash Recycler.
It looks like we have found the problem though. It is related to the temp folder on the client. I can recreate the error in our office by deleting the session folder from the temp folder.

If the app is in VB6 try this link.

That was an interesting link but I verified that the customer had a login script that was deleting the temp session subfolder. I added a line to the script to add the temp folder back in and everything is working now.
