Autoreply Messages on Exchange 2003

Hi ...
How can I make autoreply messages for specific users on exchange 2003 ? like out in a vacatin or so .
Also, how can I enable the users to make their own.

What about other dynamic autoreplies , like making a serial number for the marketing or sales branch that the customer can further use for making complains or for referrence.

Out of the Office functionality is built in to Exchange/Outlook, although by default it is not enabled to the internet. You need to enable it.

Automatic replies are not enabled by default either and require rules to be built in the mailbox. However they are also high risk as they can cause email loops.

Automatic replies with tracking information is not something that Exchange can do, you will need a third party tool to do that.

Can't help with third party tools to do the message tracking. You probably need a CRM or a helpdesk type application. It isn't something that I have been asked to do before. All I do know is that Exchange cannot do it.
