auto create schtasks in Win2K

I wrote a bat file that will create a schedualed tasks, but it only works in XP, how can i make it work for Win2K?
***********************************
schtasks /delete /TN ALLCPU /F
schtasks /create /RU ***** /RP ***** /SC daily /ST 01:00:00 /TN ALLCPU /TR "\\nocal.natc.com\netlogon\AllCPU.exe"
wait
exit

You'll have to use at...

at 01:00 /every:m,t,w,th,f,s,su "\\nocal.natc.com\netlogon\AllCPU.exe"

Otherwise, you can use the same above but run it from an XP device pointing at a 2k device using:

schtasks /s \\2kPC /delete /TN ALLCPU /F
schtasks /create /s \\2kPC /RU ***** /RP ***** /SC daily /ST 01:00:00 /TN ALLCPU /TR "\\nocal.natc.com\netlogon\AllCPU.exe"
wait
exit
