I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You'll have to use at...

at 01:00 /every:m,t,w,th,f,s,su "\\nocal.natc.com\netlogon\AllCPU.exe"

Otherwise, you can use the same above but run it from an XP device pointing at a 2k device using:

schtasks /s \\2kPC /delete /TN ALLCPU /F
schtasks /create /s \\2kPC /RU ***** /RP ***** /SC daily /ST 01:00:00 /TN ALLCPU /TR "\\nocal.natc.com\netlogon\AllCPU.exe"
wait
exit

Was something missing from my answer?  Those are your only two options.  Not sure why you considered that a "B" answer.. :(
