Hi Tamela,
You are in the 'generic' Microsoft OS Zone here.
You should be over in one of the exotic language Zones.

If you want, a Moderator can move this over for you.

Hi, Vic.  I wish I had time to read the instructions on this web site. If you have a moment could you please explain that to me.  I will be looking at some of the instructions and try to load the files again.

Hi Tamela,
This is a link to the 'Community Support' Zone - it can be hard to find:
http://www.experts-exchange.com/Community_Support/General/

In there, you can post 'Free' questions asking for your question to be move to the 'appropriate' zone - either you name the zone or ask the Moderator to pick them (up to three zones can be selected).

I don't know, but this may be a good starting zone for you (plus something on Dreamweaver and Java?):
