not able to forward emails from other mail box

HI..

I want to forward emails from other mail box to my inbox and to my hotmail account, but a message pops up saying that I dont have permission to do so.....plz help..

Environment: Exchng 2003 Std, and office 2003 Pro..

I added our main company mailbox where I can see "Inbox" and "Sent items" folders and email messages.

Can you only see Inbox and Sent Items?

Or, did you add it by going tools > email accounts > change > exchange server > change > advanced > advanced > additional mailboxes?

It simply sounds like you do not have send-as permissions on the mailbox - review this guide on how to give these permissions to administrators (there is a section on adding it for a single mailbox)
