Notes unread emails disappearing after I read them ???urgent

Hello Notes Experts

I have a problem with my inbox

I have received several emails but after I open an email it gets disappeared; it dosent go to the trash but its there in the all documents view

I have tried restarting windows and the application and no luck

I have tried ctrl shift F9 and no luck

appreciate your fast help

I have a black berry sync I hope it dosent have anything to do with it

You probably need to check the button that says view all, and changes to View unread at the top of your email on the right.

It is probably set to show just unread, and if you press it the problem should be resolved.

I've seen this one before.
Try this:
1. Replace the design of the mail file with a non-mail template.
2. Replace the design of the mail file with the mail template which it was originally.
