How do I rotate a 3GP video file?  Is there any free software that can do that?

Hi ISS_Expert,

you can use the following application to rotate your .3gp file:

AVS Video Tools:
http://www.download.com/AVS-Video-Tools/3000-2194_4-10628046.html

The program is also capable of converting to other file formats if this is also required.
