HP SIM 5 Console not accessible after changing to a new IP address

I have installed HP SIM 5 on a server. It is up and running, but when I change the IP address of the server, the HP SIM console is no longer accessible from a remote PC. "Check HTTP server status" pops up when I try to access the console from the server directly. In the hpvmmsvc.log, "INFO | jvm 1 | 2007/03/19 14:53:13 | Exec: iscsicli VersionInfo exception #1: CreateProcess: iscsicli VersionInfo error=2
INFO | jvm 1 | 2007/03/19 14:54:08 | INFO - SIM SOAP 5.0 access failed." are captured. Please advise what configuration in the HP SIM 5 needs to be changed or what needs to be reinstalled in order to access the console with the new IP address. Thank you.
