IE and Mozilla differences in web page

I use IE and have some issues that i am curently working on .When the site is opened in mozilla browsers it seems to be a little our of whack.  Can you give me info about this?  It just doesnt look like it lines up the same.

There are hundreds of ways that IE can display content from Mozilla.  This is because IE is not standards compliant, while Mozilla is.

The issue with lining things up is usually attributable to the CSS border issue that plagues we designers all over the world every day!

Lots more information is available but for a true fix we'd have to see the page.
