Was the report built with a default printer defined?

What error are you getting?

You need to design the report with a printer.  If there is no printer whenthe report is designed or you choose the no printer option then you cannot print.

Is there a printer default on your development machine?
If not install the printer you want to use (the priter doesn't have to exist).  Crystal needs the printer driver.

Open the report in the designerUncheck the NO PRINTER option
Select the printer you want to use

The report will use the clients default printer if the one the report was built against is not available.
