The place I just started working has sbs 2000 server and the only way I can update end user systems is to login on each user system with administrator account for the whole domain. Even if I use my password which has admin rights it will not allow me to install critical updates. I looked in Group Policies and it does not even look like anything is configured. It seems to me like it a rights issue something with the active directory but I can not figure it out. Any ideas would be very helpful thanks.

I just dont know why I can update a system even when I login as a local admin I can not goto windows update site and do critical updates I can only do critical updates if I log in as a domain administrator. I did set the server up soI am not sure if it is something inactive AD or what i just dont know why I cant but seems like a rights issue.
