Citrix License problem

HI, im trying to setup a second citrix server (runing feature release 3) in our w23k domain (mixed mode)and am running into a licensing problem. I've connected the w23k server into the existing citrix farm (running on a w2k server) and have installed the ICA client application as well as the appplication I need external users to access. If I run the user application via the ICA client on the w23k server it runs ok but when a user tries it they get the following error: Warning! The following product is installed but has no licenses.

The users are setup as members of the remote desktop users group, the server is authenticating to the domain ok so it should be usign the existing Citrix license server to authenticate the user access shouldnt it as the licenses are automaticlly pooled?

You didn't mention which version of Citrix you are running (other than FR3), but it's possible that your second Citrix box is set at the wrong FR level.  That error and a couple others are listed here:

Also, make sure you've entered the actual License for Citrix on the server... being in a farm, you might have overlook that.
