Best ecommerce solution - Web designer

Hi,

I'm a freelance web designer who wants to offer ecommerce facilities to my clients.  I'm really looking for something that is:

low cost
easy to implement
easy to add a design to
rock solid

I have been involved in many projects where I have plugged in a gap between graphic designer and developer or client chosen cart (ie. Actinic). But I do not want to make a choice based purely on something I am familiar with.  What solution would people suggest for my position/business?

Hosting platforms will vary unfortunately
Transactions levels will also vary

I prefer to work with PHP but am no stranger to ASP

Look forward to your suggestions.

I recommend the Actinic suite of products:
www.actinic.co.uk / www.actinic.com

Easy to use, powerful and reliable.

Karl

Was Actinic any good for you? If not, can you tell me why not?

Thanks,
Karl

Hi Karl,

Sorry I have taken so long to reply.  I have just built a solution using Paypal IPN as it was a single product, basic requirements etc.  But I have also been looking into another clients requirements (which would probably fit in with the mainstream).  Actinic is definately up there and for me, I think a great "package solution" at the moment.
