cisco voip over the internet without vpn

Cisco Voip.

We have a cisco voip system, 2 x call servers and 1 x voicemail etc, all the voip stuff is on 1 vlan, we have a cisco pic that routes all the traffice intervlan etc. I want to be able to put 2 x phones at our directors houses, who both have brodband access, is there any way to program the cisco phones to talk through the firewall etc ......

At each house, place a PIX 501, create a site-to-site VPN tunnel back to the PIX at the central site.  On the PIX 501 at the home site, configure the DHCP to hand out option 150 "TFTP Server Name" with the IP address of your publisher (1st call manager).
Home broadband usually provides no QoS, and I have had several cases where the end user upgraded to "business class" broadband to achieve acceptable voice quality.
If you do not need a physical phone, it might be easier and less expensive to purchase Cisco softphones, create a vpn connection from their home PC or laptop and let them connect using it.  This solution would also work when they are travelling, etc.
