When SYMANTEC PREMIUM ANTISPAM is enabled on exchange 2003 server while Intelligent Message Filtering is enabled it cause Exchange services to stop running?

Exchange 2003 with sp2 installed on Windows 2003 with sp1,Intelligent Message Filtering is enabled on virtual SMTP Server,Symantec Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange 5.0.4 is installed with option of SYMANTEC PREMIUM ANTISPAM is installed.

Symantec Mail Security 4.x or 5.x for Microsoft Exchange tightly integrates with IMF to maximize the effectiveness of both solutions.
