Looking for a free PHP script which can allow me to have online database to upload
product price list, products catalog, information that can able to view and login by members with 1 single or 2 password.

Try out the OSCommerce.

Its a freeware that can handle all types of products with shopping carts and payment gateways to even sell the products. Its prety easy to install and easy to use.
Members can make their own accounts.
