Is there a way to know if an administrator accessed my mailbox?  Is there a solution that will notify me when an administrator went into my inbox and look at emails?

No, and even if you could, it would need to be done from the server AND it would be horrendously inaccurate - "access" to mailboxes would be shown if someone simply wants to invite you to a meeting (when it checks your availability).

If you want secure mail, get something with gmail or hotmail or whatever - depending on your country, your company may well have full right to read all your mail.

Thanks for your quick reponses.  Is it possible to be notified only when an "administrator" access?

Are you an administrator?  If not, then no.

You would need administrative access to be able to find out if someone else is accessing your mailbox.

Yes, I am one of the administrators.  Upper management would like to be notified when "administrator" accessed their mailbox.  If not possible to send notification to users, can a notification be send to an administrator?

Then you can increase logging and notify yourself of the event id logs

Is there a 3rd party software that will monitor and send notifications to either a user or an administrator?
