I have a problem with my wifes email address' in MS Outlook. I have just setup a new pc and imported a csv copy of her old WAB file into Contacts. She is now complaining she cant form 'Groups' sure enough when I had a look last night the pop for adding members seems to call from the address book but there is no address book referenced, She has no entries in her address book they are all in Contacts folder.
I read that the adrees book was unecessary. Should I transfer everything to the Address book? Will this mean Outlook creates a WAB file rather than storing everything in the .pst file? I prefer the latter for simplisty. Can anyone recommend an approach here and a method to enable Groups to be setup
