Does anybody know where I can get a Windows dedicated server that is under $75 a month?

I am guessing since no one didn't answer this question that I cant get a dedicated server under $75 a month.

Sounds pretty cheap to me. I am very doubtful. Considering software and hardware would run $125/month over 3 years without any additional support or maintenance.
