How to generate a list of all formulas avaible in excel 2007 using VBA, alongwith the description of the formula.

Also, is there a way to find out all the formulas that are avaible in excel 2007.

I think you mean a list of 'functions' as opposed to a list of all possible formulae which would be impossible. I haven't seen Excel 2007 but my bet is that you only need to click on fx and select 'All functions' to get a list of all functions in a dialogue box of all available functions.
