Is it possible to set the Data folder of Analysis Services 2000 to a network share?

I get the following error on service startup in the event log:

Cannot change the server's start directory to D:\OLAP\DATA

D:\ is mapped to \\some\share\

I resolved the issue myself.
The thing is that UNC mappings are only available for the current user, not the system. Everything is fine if I just put the \\some\share folder path.
Thank you
