drives not connecting after daylight savings time

After preforming the "How to configure daylight saving time for the United States in 2007" from microsoft I still have issues with my netowork drives dropping connectivity on my 2000 network.

getting error when i try to connect to drives in dos:
not able to connect. Time difference between server and client.

I set the time manually and rebooted to same end result
