Delegated access to a mailfile

I want to delegate my mailfile to another user.
I created privat folders and dragged mails to that folders. If I delegate my mailfile the other user can read my mail expect the ones in the privat folder. So far so good.
The problem is that when the other user opens the All documents folder/view there he can see my private mails which I put in private folders.
On one hand the mails are hidden in the private folder on the other hand the same mails are in the All documents folder/view and can be read by others.
Is that a program failure?

No, All documents means exactly that.

Even if a doc iis stored in the private folder,  the All doc view will still show everything.

I do not see any way around it without changing the mail template or using reader fields on your mail docs.

I hope this helps !

One possible solution is to have all private docs encrypted, but that can be time consuming if they were not sent to you encrypted.

You would need to test by sending yourself the message encrypted, ad deleting the original.

I hope this helps !
