Dear My reader,<br />

I have some urgent question here .<br />
<br />
I have here one of my clients he has Main Head-office, located in ONE CITY.<br />
he has 4 branches in the same city &amp;&nbsp;all of them are connected to the Head office using Wireless Connection .<br />
<br />
All the Head office with the 4 Branches are able to connect to each other and can see the Network for each other.<br />
<br />
And according to the CEO, he does not want to use or have Internet at all here in the Head office &amp;&nbsp;4 Brnaches.<br />

this is not the Problem.<br />
<br />
The problem is , the IT manager of the Head office, was searching for the solution, he needs to install a Normal Web Cam on one Location , and then he want to access it from his PC in the Head office &amp;&nbsp;then he start monitior it.<br />
<br />
My question is, can i use the WEB CAM without internet connection here, or should i use IP CAM instead of it ?<br />
