"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The tasklist is there to help you remember things you need to do.

You can either add comments in your code starting with
' TODO:
which will show up when you have "Comments" selected in the task list window, or, if you have User Tasks selected in the task window, you can click on the clipboard with a tick icon to add your own tasks to the list.

At the top of the Task List window is a drop-down menu, which lets you select either Comments or User Tasks...

You add the comments in your code - just as if you are adding a normal code comment - (a Rem statement), but you add it as:

' TODO: Your comment goes here....

Then this will appear in the Comments section of the Task List...
