Need extraction of data from SAP F1 help files at Field Level

We are currently designing a data schema for a future SAP implementation.  We have a template with a list of fields for each object (eg. Vendor) from the relevant tables in SAP.  We now need to get people from the business to fill this template in with the fields they require to support the future process.  It would be useful if we could include in a cell next to each field, the information which appears when you press F1 in SAP when looking at the field in question.  It has been suggested the information in question may reside in one of the DD* tables, but I suspect it will not be in one place.  Can someone recommend where this information is stored, and the best way to extract it?

Look at the Function module HELP_START

the help is in HTLM form so it is held in those tables - but there are function modules in there that can extract them for you ....

Also try this FM DOCU_GET_FOR_F1HELP
