Cannot send e-mail to, or receive e-mail from one particular business contact

I have a business contact to whom I cannot successfully send an e-mail.  All e-mails are returned after several days, with a message such as that quoted below. (I have changed our e-mail addresss).  Conversly, she cannot e-mail me.  

I have never had this problem with anyone else.  Our e-mails just won't go through to each other.  These are legitimage business e-mails, between a company  and one of its sales reps, not likely to be mistakenly identified as spam.  What is the cause for this anomolous behaviour?  What is the solution?

The destination host is ___@mac.com.

Idocemia,

It looks like you could be getting blocked from this person's spam filter or some type of service because of your domain. This is what came up when I did a dns report on your domain. http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=dolcemia.com

Take a look at that and see if you can clean some of that up, in the mean time use a alternative email.
