We had a local copier vendor stop in who had a USB stick with software that recognized all of the printers on our network. it also found the total page counts of the printers. They were happy to sell me an identical device but I'm thinking there has to be software out there for purchase that does the same thing. The goal is software that sees every printer (not just ones shared on workstations and servers - some of our printers only get commands from an AS400, others are direct IP, and others shared on servers) and gives page counts of that printer. I will split points to the first two software solutions.

Printer Finder utility

Software is any set of instructions that directs a computer to perform specific tasks or operations. The advanced features in XP Professional are generally disabled in Home Edition, but are there and can be activated. There were two 64-bit editions, an embedded edition and a tablet edition.
