found a solution, if anyone is interested here's the script that i used:

select sysobjects.name, syscomments.text as Prod, b.text as Centauri,
CASE WHEN syscomments.text = b.text THEN 'the same'
    else 'different' END [Compare]
from sysobjects
inner join syscomments on sysobjects.id = syscomments.id
inner join [centauri].EducationQueensland.dbo.sysobjects a on sysobjects.name = a.name
inner join [centauri].EducationQueensland.dbo.syscomments b on a.id = b.id
where sysobjects.xtype = 'V' and sysobjects.category = 0
order by sysobjects.name
