can't launch Citrix Access Suite

I can't open my access suite on any of my servers.

When i open it gets stuck on loading Snap-in Data. I used to be able to launch the mmc in the mmcplugins folder under program files\citrix but i can't do that now.

I don't see anything strange inthe event log related to this issue.

Ok heres an update.

I have TS roaming profiles setup on the citrix servers. I went in in the local and roaming profile and deleted the following

Profile\AppData\CitrixMMC\
Profile\AppData\Microsoft\MMC

After deleting these files i am able to open the mmc without problem. Now the problem i am having is that it will discover several items but does not finish. It just simply hangs on the discovery process.

Got a little further. I am able to discover the servers in the farm with no problem. The problem I am having is when i try to discover the web interface portion.

With the Web Interface portion -- were there any upgrades made to the system (i.e., upgrading from 4.0 to 4.2)?  If so, you will need to download the Access Suite Console patch ASC00004 (http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX108237)

After you apply this patch, your discovery should show your Web Interface / PNAgent server properly.

I fixed it by modifying the conf file in the PNAgent folder under IIS. I removed an entry to a server that was mistyped and it fixed the issue.
