phpMyAdmin problem

Hello all,
  I am having problems with my phpMyAdmin install and I am just stumped.  I have surfed the net for answers but nothing works.  I have PHP and MySQL running with no probs.  I unzip the phpMyAdmin into the root of my local IIS webserver into a directory I named 'phpMyAdmin'.  So it sits in 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\phpMyAdmin\'  i tried running in cookie and config 'auth_type'.  I changed my php.ini to have sessions go to different places with no luck.  Currently i have it pointing to 'c:\inetpub\wwwroot\phpMyAdmin\php\session'.  I keep getting the following error when i try to run phpMyAdmin.  Any ideas?

make sure the user IUSER_ComputerName has the permissions in c:/inetpub/wwwroot/phpMyAdmin/php/session/ as the IIS is runnign as IUSER_ComputerName
