We have recently had two terminal servers installed for our finance package, but with no explaination of how they have been set up or how to administor!  After a couple of months when logging on to a Terminal Server, every user suddenly gets an info box pop up with the following message.
Press the 'Communication Profiles' button. Choose one or more communication profiles by clicking in the check boxes in the profile list. Them press the 'Start' button.

Please can some one advise on what this means and how to actually do this.

Thanks in advance
James
