vxaudio.exe & irn.exe invading network

Hi,
Does anyone have info on "vxaudio.exe" I belive it is from a trojan, I can not find any info on it.
The "vxaudio.exe" will max out cpu and then reboot.
I have SAV corp on pc's (w2000) & servers (w2000).
Only a few pc/servers were infected.

Also "irn.exe" caan not start.
I can kill it via hijackthis and it seems to go away until next day.
