I have some computer with ms XP installed and configured that connect in my novell netware 5.0. Each computer has each own e-mail account e doc for each user.

We had also to connect a domain server 2003, my computers lose their configuration when connect to this domain 2003, how can I connect to this domain 2003 being that it doesn't change the users configuration.

Thanks

So the computers are currently all members of "workgroup" or whatever you chose to call the workgroup, and you want to join them to the AD domain without losing the local user profile settings and files, correct?

There's a nifty tool called Profile Wizard by ForensiT.  It does exactly what you are looking for.  It's like $60 US for a 25-user license, but that's well worth it.  I've ysed it - it works!

I believe you can download a trial copy to test it out before springing for the licensing you need.
